By accessing or using our Site, purchasing our products (including all daily-use glassware), or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
1. Product Information & Availability
All daily-use glassware products displayed on our Site, including but not limited to storage jars, beauty and aromatherapy containers, are described and pictured to the best of our ability. We strive to provide accurate information regarding product size, material, color, and functionality, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or up-to-date. Product availability is subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
All glassware products are made of food-grade, safe materials, and we ensure strict quality control before shipment. However, minor variations in craftsmanship (such as slight differences in color or texture) are normal for handcrafted or mass-produced glass products and do not constitute a quality defect.
2. Orders & Payment
When you place an order through our Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information (including shipping address, contact details, and payment information). We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order if: (a) the product is out of stock; (b) the order information is incorrect or incomplete; (c) we suspect fraudulent activity; or (d) other reasonable circumstances arise.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on the Site. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the funds are available.
We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed on the Site at the time you place your order, unless there is a clear error in pricing.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms are governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We ship worldwide, and shipping costs and delivery times are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by third-party logistics providers, customs inspections, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address; we will not be liable for lost or returned packages due to incorrect address information.
All glassware products are packaged with shockproof materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the damage to request a replacement or refund.
4. Returns & Refunds
Return and refund policies are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We offer a 30-day return period for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging. Customized or clearance glassware products are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds will be processed within 3-7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product, and will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
5. User Responsibilities
When using our Site, you agree to: (a) use the Site only for lawful purposes; (b) not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Site; (c) not share your account information with third parties; (d) provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account or placing an order; and (e) comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapplefish Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to property) arising from your use of the Site, purchase of our products, or any breach of these Terms. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.
We shall not be liable for any damage to glassware products caused by improper use, mishandling, or negligence on your part.
